At Loria Manuel, every order is a promise of elegance in the equestrian world. Each delivery is treated as an expression of refinement, with meticulous attention to detail and to our clients’ experience.

1. Processing & Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, our partner suppliers immediately begin preparation.
The standard delivery timeframe is estimated at 20 business days, from our partners’ logistics centers.

2. Shipping Methods & Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once received from our supplier.
We currently do not offer express delivery or in-store pickup (no physical point of sale).

3. Taxes, Customs & International Fees
Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all delivery costs and taxes are included, with no hidden fees at reception.
For non-EU destinations, customs duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid). All additional information will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Delays & Incidents: Proactive Elegance
In the event of a delay or incident, our team will notify you immediately – luxury requires transparency.
If your delivery exceeds 10 additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe, you will receive a 5% discount voucher for your next order.

  • Tracking: Available by email upon dispatch

  • Customs Duties: EU included (DDP) / Non-EU borne by the customer
